Known primarily for its multi-tool Flipper Zero, London-based Flipper Devices is shifting its focus toward workplace efficiency with the launch of the Busy Bar. This new productivity-focused hardware is designed to help users manage focus sessions, display custom status messages, and integrate with smart home ecosystems.

The device is scheduled for a wide release on July 14, with availability expanding to the U.S., EU, U.K., and Canada. Flipper Devices is positioning the hardware as an essential tool for those operating in work-from-home environments, providing both visual and automated cues to signal availability.

Design and Hardware Specifications

The Busy Bar features a distinct aesthetic, resembling a desktop clock equipped with tactile controls. Its primary interface is a 72×16 LED matrix display capable of rendering 16 million colors, reaching a peak brightness of 400 nits with automatic ambient light adjustment.
