Whoop Launches Women’s Health Blood Panel and Cycle Tracking
Whoop is expanding its health diagnostics capabilities with the launch of a dedicated blood testing panel designed specifically for women. Available for purchase starting next month, the new service integrates with the company’s Whoop Labs platform to provide deeper insights into hormonal health and physiological transitions.
The company is simultaneously rolling out a new app feature, “Hormonal Symptom Insights and Predictions,” which models hormonal fluctuations across menstrual cycles. By combining personal data on sleep, recovery, and daily activity with lab results, the platform categorizes biomarkers into three status levels: “optimal,” “sufficient,” or “out of range.”

Biomarkers and Cycle Modeling
The women’s health panel tracks 11 specific blood biomarkers to assist users in monitoring thyroid function, nutrient levels, perimenopause, and bone metabolic resilience. The panel includes:
- Anti-Müllerian Hormone (AMH)
- Progesterone and Prolactin
- Thyroid Peroxidase Antibodies (TPOAb)
- Free T4 and Free T3
- Leptin
- Vitamin B12 (Cobalamin) and Folate
- Magnesium and Phosphate (as Phosphorus)
To support the new app features, Whoop also published a technical white paper detailing the modeling behind its menstrual cycle predictions, which include estimated date windows for periods and identification of symptom patterns.

Growth in Female Userbase
The expansion comes as wearable manufacturers increasingly pivot to address the women’s health market. Whoop reported a 150% year-over-year increase in female users, identifying them as the company’s fastest-growing segment. Additionally, female users show 30% higher engagement with the company’s AI features.
This trend is mirrored across the industry. Competitor Oura recently introduced an AI model specifically for women’s health, with Chief Commercial Officer Dorothy Kilroy noting in October 2025 that women in their twenties represent the company’s fastest-growing demographic.
