Because the Sassy mode incorporates explicit language and mature subject matter, Amazon has implemented strict safeguards to ensure it remains restricted to adult users. Accessing this feature requires:

• Completion of additional security checks within the Alexa mobile app.
• Biometric verification, such as a Face ID scan for iOS users.
• The feature is automatically disabled if Amazon Kids settings are active.

The “Sassy” Experience
